ご依頼に関する注意事項

• 本フォームは個人利用のみのご依頼用です。

商用利用をご希望の場合は、必ずご依頼前にメールにて直接ご連絡ください。

• お支払い方法は、PaypalまたはPayPayのみ対応可能です。

• 料金は、内容・描き込み量・ご要望の複雑さによって変動する場合があります。

• お支払いは前払いとなります。

内容確定後、ご入金が確認でき次第制作を開始します。

• ご入金確認後、一ヶ月以内に作品が完成します。

• 本制作前にラフ（下描き）を提出します。

修正はラフ段階での軽微なもののみ可能です。

それ以降の大きな修正には、追加料金をいただく場合があります。

• 本ご依頼では、女性キャラクターのみを製作対象としています。

男性キャラクターのご依頼は受け付けておりません。

• 制作開始後の返金は不可となります。

• 著作権はすべて作者（私）に帰属します。

制作した作品は、ポートフォリオ・Webサイト・SNS等に掲載する場合があります。

• NSFW（成人向け）表現は可能です。

ただし、男性器の直接的・写実的な描写はお受けしておりません。

バナナなどのコミカル・象徴的な表現であれば、非写実・非露骨な範囲で対応可能です。

• 内容によっては、ご依頼をお断りする場合があります。

• 作品のAI学習、NFT化、再販売、無断転載は禁止されています。

Commission Terms & Important Notes

• This commission form is for personal use only.

For commercial use inquiries, please contact me directly via email before ordering.

• Prices may vary depending on complexity, details, and specific requests.

• Payment is required upfront after all details are confirmed.

Work will not begin until payment has been received.

• The commissioned artwork will be completed within one month after payment is received.

• A rough sketch will be provided before final rendering.

Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch stage only.

Major changes after this stage may require an additional fee.

• No refunds once the commission has started.

• I will only draw woman

• All copyrights remain with me.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork on my portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes.

• NSFW content is allowed.

However, explicit depiction of male genitalia is not accepted.

Comical, symbolic, or indirect representations (such as bananas or humorous substitutes) are acceptable, as long as they are non-realistic and non-explicit.

• I reserve the right to decline any request that I am uncomfortable with.

• Do not use the artwork for AI training, NFTs, resale, or any unauthorized redistribution.
